The bad news, however, is that data breaches remain as pervasive as ever. If even the seemingly impenetrable Pentagon is vulnerable to cyber-attacks, it is difficult to imagine the measure of security an ordinary user would need to employ in order to adequately ward off these kinds of attacks.
