PageUp Says Data Had Been Compromised in Breach

SaaS HR firm PageUp confirmed this week that some of its clients’ data have been compromised after its systems had been hit by a malware attack that led to a breach.

PageUp added that some of the personal data such as names, email and street addresses, and phone numbers for employees who had to the client’s PageUp instance may be at risk.

It is said that the breach may have affected PageUp clients such as Wesfarmers-owned Coles, Target, Kmart, and Officeworks, the National Australia Bank, Telstra, the Reserve Bank of Australia, Australia Post, Medibank, the ABC, the Australian Red Cross, and the University of Tasmania.
